ACA Conference Terms and Conditions

Liability Insurance

In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Australian Chiropractors Association cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates, nor for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Replacement delegates may be nominated at any time, to the same or lesser value of the registration.

On written notice of conference cancellation, the following conditions apply:

Up to 30 days prior to the event (22/09/2022 @ 5.00pm AEST) – a refund will be granted less a cancellation fee of $100 which will be charged to cover committed cost/s outlaid on the registrant’s behalf by the Australian Chiropractors Association. After this date (22/09/2022 @ 5.00pm AEST), no refund will be granted and you forfeit the full registration fee and any function/meal or other costs paid.

Photography and Filming

I understand that by registering myself and or others as attendees at this event, photos or video may be taken of this event, which may be used for promotional purposes.

Attendees who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the photographer/videographer onsite.

Speakers at the Event

Views expressed by the speakers at ACA conference 2022 are their own. The Australian Chiropractors Association will not accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the event or any material provided to attendees by the speaker.
