Dr Richardson shares how he applies neuroscience – particularly vestibular stimulation and sensory-motor integration – to help patients with chronic and complex conditions that haven’t responded to traditional care.

He discusses his multimodal approach through two case examples: Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and Persistent Postural Perceptual Dizziness (PPPD). These highlight the potential role of chiropractic in managing such disorders and the need for further research in this area.
